Brown-Forman Corporation's Visitor Centre Guide role at Glenglassaugh &Benriach Distilleries invites you to welcome guests, host distillery tours, and offer tasting experiences while highlighting the brands.

You will also support the retail area, sell products, and help create memorable visits; a background in hospitality or retail and a passion for whisky will help you engage visitors across two historic sites.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or retail.
• Confident, friendly visitor reception.
• Current driver's license and vehicle.
• Interest or experience in whisky.
• Self-starter capable of managing time between two locations.
• Creative thinking about problem solving and future experiences.

Responsibilities

• Host tours of the distilleries and provide tasting experiences; support the retail side of the visitor centre.
• Welcome visitors to the distillery, hosting tours of production and warehouse areas, and managing tasting experiences.
• Confidently interact with visitors and answer their questions.
• Prepare and serve drinks in the bar areas.
