GALLO is seeking a Guest Experience Host I to create memorable moments at the Distillery Visitor Center. You will lead guided tours, craft cocktails, and provide exceptional service, ensuring each guest feels valued.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a passion for customer service, and must be at least 21 years old. The role includes maintaining brand standards and supporting daily operations. Experience in hospitality or retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or State‑issued equivalency certificate plus six months of customer service experience.
• Required to be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong knowledge of computer and software proficiency.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided tours and tastings at the Distillery Visitor Center.
• Assist guests with reservations and ticket sales.
