Pernod Ricard USA, Fort Smith, AR, is seeking a skilled Operator to operate assigned bottling equipment, maintain product quality, minimize waste, and maximize equipment effectiveness in a safety-focused environment.

The role requires a High School or equivalent and a Manufacturing/Mechanical background. This is a safety-sensitive position with training and opportunities within a global premium spirits company.

Qualificações

• Education: High School or equivalent is preferred
• Experience/Background: Manufacturing/Mechanical

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate one or more of the following machines: depalletizer, unloader, cleaner, filler, capper, labeler, lot coder, case packer, case coder, palletizer
• Tag and report all equipment defects and assist with repairs as needed
• Use component reconciliation to prevent inventory variances
• Perform changeovers for each piece of machinery
• Ensure machine functions correctly at budgeted efficiency after changeover
• Conduct on-line quality checks as specified in work instructions
• Follow good manufacturing practices, housekeeping and safety rules
• Wear safety equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes) as required
