Job summary

Redwood Empire Whiskey is seeking a Whiskey Club Manager to lead our Homeplace and the Whiskey Club—from proposition and branding to member experience and KPIs. This hands-on role merges strategy with execution across hospitality, marketing, and community leadership.

You will build the club, run tours, tastings, VIP experiences, and partner events, while growing a loyal community and driving commercial growth in California's Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, experiential marketing, events.
• Passion for whiskey and culture surrounding it.
• Ability to build relationships and create experiences.
• Strong commercial instincts with revenue targets.
• Experience developing and executing events from concept to delivery.
• Understanding of digital, CRM and consumer acquisition.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Whiskey Club proposition, branding and member experience.
• Lead Homeplace experiences, tours, tastings, VIP experiences, events.
• Build community and drive digital engagement, attendance and advocacy.
• Collaborate with sales and partners; manage guest experiences from inquiry to follow-up.
• Represent Redwood Empire publicly and build local partnerships.
• Develop annual Homeplace calendar and partnerships.
