Qualifications

• Team-oriented and adaptable
• Ability to operate and monitor processing and filling equipment
• Willingness to train on 1st shift for 6 weeks (6:00 AM–2:30 PM)
• Follows GMP, HACCP, and QRMP programs

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust holding, pumping, whipping, and filling equipment
• Safely operate bowl dispensing equipment and fillers
• Understand control systems and jam detection
• Monitor filler beds, respond to alarms, clear jams
• Operate lid handling and weight control systems
• Monitor remelt systems and manage waste carts
• Perform sanitation, CIP cleaning, and follow safety procedures
• Record QC data and maintain production/packaging traceability
• Assist with training and cross-functional audits
