Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is hiring a Whey Utility Operator in Hull, IA. The role develops knowledge of all whey plant positions to assist with shortages and meet manufacturing needs, and requires operating all whey department equipment. Training others on equipment and safety is included.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent; no prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. Forklift certification is required, with SAP, MES, and RF gun familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Minimum one (1) year of related experience preferred.
• Forklift Certification required; on-the-job training/certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of all whey plant positions to assist with shortages, meeting production needs.
• Operate every piece of equipment in the whey department.
• Coach new employees on equipment operations and safety procedures.
• Assist with training others in SAP, MES system, and RF gun.
