Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Le Sueur, MN is seeking a Resource Operator II to execute operator tasks across plant areas and provide shift coverage during breaks and vacations. The role emphasizes teamwork and a safe, efficient work ethic.

You will contribute to sanitation, documentation and sample collection, with opportunities to train others and advance within a collaborative environment. A strong mechanical aptitude and prior food-manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in food plant manufacturing preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude and strong leadership skills.
• Experience training other workers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Train other workers on various tasks as needed.
• Perform CIP, sanitation and titration tasks to maintain high sanitation standards.
• Report equipment or production issues to supervisor and communicate variances.
