Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate whey separator to produce whey cream from raw whey.
• Control reverse osmosis/polisher system for concentrate production.
• Monitor tanks and record production data.
• Load concentrated whey into tanker trucks.
• Maintain sanitation and safety compliance (GMP/HACCP).
• Train new team members on duties.
