Job summary

Sartori Cheese in Antigo, WI is seeking a Brine System Operator for the 2nd shift (4pm–4am, 2/2/3 rotation). You will oversee brine and hauling operations in cheese production, ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality while keeping a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities include monitoring brine parameters, documenting wheel weights and vat locations, operating cranes and forklifts, rotating and storing products, heat treating brine, and routine MSS sanitation in a noisy plant

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong math and reading skills to interpret data and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee brine and hauling process in cheese production.
• Monitor and record brine parameters (temperature, salinity, sorbate, depth, pH).
• Document cheese wheel weights, counts, and vat locations within brine tanks.
