Qualifications

• Minimum three years of dairy ingredients processing experience required.
• Experience in a dairy plant and/or laboratory preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Improve the quality and/or efficiency of existing unit operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external personnel to develop systems and procedures.
• Accurately perform statistical analysis of laboratory and process data.
• Identify problems in the production of whey ingredients and develop resolutions.
• Work with Quality Assurance to make product determinations.
