Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. in Clovis, NM is seeking a Dryer Operator to support dairy and specialty product production on the day shift. You will monitor equipment, run the spray dryers, collect samples, perform CIP, and maintain accurate logs to meet quality specifications.

You will communicate issues to the Team Leader, follow SOPs for safety, and participate in training to grow with the plant while helping the team achieve production targets and LOTO and FSMA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or related experience.
• Forklift and scissor lift certification required.
• Ability to run or learn to run and troubleshoot all equipment.
• Excellent attendance and safety record.
• Desire to grow with the company.
• Ability to write reports and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate the two spray dryers for production.
• Review equipment status and record findings.
• Test product for specifications and adjust as needed.
• Maintain logs, verify temperatures, and perform CIP.
• Take samples for lab analysis and record results.
• Keep work area clean and attend required trainings.
• Complete safety activities and follow SOPs.
• Comply with safety, food safety regulations, and FSMA.
