Job summary

Etac AB in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a General Labor III to join the fabrication and assembly team for wheelchairs. The role supports daily demand, ensures product quality, and maintains legible records while adhering to safety and quality system standards.

The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to operate fabrication tools. Schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime as needed; first shift hours only, no night shift. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools and measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Experience and proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble products to daily demand requirements.
• Performs complex assembly tasks (e.g., comprehensive knowledge of wheelchair models).
• Maintain quality and keep accurate records.
• Follow safety requirements and company standards.
• Work schedule as assigned, including possible overtime.
