The DC Army National Guard seeks a Light-Wheel Vehicle Mechanic to supervise and perform maintenance and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles in the field and shop. You will inspect, service, repair, and test systems and components to keep equipment ready for duty.

Training is paid, with Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training, plus benefits such as Montgomery GI Bill, tuition assistance, and retirement benefits for part-time service.

Qualificações

• Must be enlisted in the Army National Guard.
• Must be at least a junior in high school or have a GED.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain wheeled vehicles, trailers, and material handling equipment.
• Service electrical systems, wiring harnesses, and charging systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, test, and replace components.
