Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform wheel refurbishing process including steam cleaning wheels, shot blasting to remove rust/paint, and inspecting for unsafe conditions.
• Take responsibility for product completion including approving or disapproving product.
• Paint products with special paint and color for customer.
• Maintain proper control of inventory to assure customers receive the correct product.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly/90‑day maintenance schedule and logbook.
• Provide Service Excellence to meet the location's service goals.
• Comply with safety and liability guidelines and wear protective equipment as required.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.
