PeopleLink Staffing in partnership with a leading automotive manufacturer in Princeton, IN is seeking Wheel Assembly Associates to join their team. You do not want to miss this great temp-to-hire opportunity!

The Wheel Assembly Technician operates production line equipment, inspects components, handles materials, and ensures safe, efficient tire and wheel assemblies flow. This role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and keeping the work

Qualifications

Physical strength to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
Basic math skills for production and documentation.
Endurance to stand, walk, squat, bend for 8–12 hour shifts.
Repetitive, machine-paced work.
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled area.
Fluent reading, writing, and communication in English for safety.
Background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical required (paid by employer).

Responsibilities

Tire Line Operations — Operate all tire line stations, including balancing, sequencing, material handling, and other required line positions.
Quality Inspection — Inspect tires, wheels, components, and finished assemblies according to established inspection standards and required frequencies.
Documentation & Reporting — Complete all required production records, documentation, and reports accurately and on time.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving — Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures to maintain production flow.
