The Wheel Assembly Technician operates production line equipment, inspects components, handles materials, and ensures safe, efficient tire and wheel assemblies flow. This role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and keeping the work

Qualifications

• Physical strength to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
• Basic math skills for production and documentation.
• Endurance to stand, walk, squat, bend for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Repetitive, machine-paced work.
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled area.
• Fluent reading, writing, and communication in English for safety.
• Background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical required (paid by employer).

Responsibilities

• Tire Line Operations — Operate all tire line stations, including balancing, sequencing, material handling, and other required line positions.
• Quality Inspection — Inspect tires, wheels, components, and finished assemblies according to established inspection standards and required frequencies.
• Documentation & Reporting — Complete all required production records, documentation, and reports accurately and on time.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving — Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures to maintain production flow.

Shift/Pay:

Monday - Fridaypotential 2.5 hours of daily overtime weekends:

Gold Shift: 7:00pm to 4:00am $19.95/hour

Wheel Assembly Job Summary:

The Wheel Assembly Technician is responsible for operating production line equipment, inspecting components, handling materials, and ensuring the safe and efficient flow of tire and wheel assemblies. This role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting issues, and keeping the work environment clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Tire Line Operations — Operate all tire line stations, including balancing, sequencing, material handling, and other required line positions.
• Quality Inspection — Inspect tires, wheels, components, and finished assemblies according to established inspection standards and required frequencies.
• Documentation & Reporting — Complete all required production records, documentation, and reports accurately and on time.
• Troubleshooting & Problem Solving — Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement countermeasures to maintain production flow.

Qualifications:

• Physical Strength — Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Basic Math Skills — Ability to perform basic calculations needed for production and documentation.
• Physical Endurance - Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend at the waist, and stoop for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Repetitive Motion Work — Comfortable performing rapid, repetitive, machine paced activities.
• Work Environment -Ability to work in a non-climate controlled area.
• English Proficiency — Must read, write, and communicate fluently in English for safety compliance.
• Pre-Employment Requirements— Must successfully pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical (paid by employer).
