Job summary

TERM: TERREPOWER in Huntington, IN is hiring immediately for a manufacturing associate. Training provided. 1st shift 7am-3:30pm, 2nd 3pm-11:30pm, 3rd 11pm-7:30am. You will operate equipment, inspect wheels, weld TIG if needed, and assist with heat/straighten wheels.

Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand long hours, and work safely. We offer competitive pay, medical/dental/vision, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Able to lift 30–50 lbs continuously, 60 lbs on occasion.
• Able to stand for long periods and work safely.
• Basic welding experience is a plus; training provided.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate each piece of equipment per instructions.
• Thorough wheel inspection and quality control.
• Sand/dress cosmetic defects on face/backside of wheels.
• Weld necessary wheels - TIG welding (prior experience recommended).
• Heat/straighten wheels using wheel press.
• Some mill work required.
• Follow safety policies and good housekeeping.
