Job summary

TERREPOWER, formerly BBB Industries, is immediately hiring for a wheel paint technician in Huntington, IN. You will paint wheels, load ovens, mix paints, and perform remanufacturing tasks to meet quality standards. Training is provided with three shifts available.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be comfortable with heat and protective clothing, and be able to stand for long periods while maintaining quality and safety. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable handling heat and wearing protective clothing.
• Strong attention to quality and ability to follow formulas.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team oriented.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to train and learn painting processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wheels for cosmetic defects.
• Paint wheels to OEM finish using appropriate paint.
• Load and unload ovens.
• Mix and refill paint according to formulas.
• Perform remanufacturing tasks to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, dust-free work area to prevent contamination.
