Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front-end appearance. You will handle customer service, promotions knowledge, and basic merchandising duties to support sales.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, supporting donation programs, and helping with receiving, pricing, and stocking. A team-focused attitude and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
