Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Hanover, PA is hiring a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store’s appearance. You will focus on front-end operations, greeting customers, and driving sales through promotions.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
