Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist at Store 309 in Little Rock, AR. You will assist customers, manage front-end operations, and support promotions while helping maintain store appearance.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, pricing items, merchandising, and assisting with deliveries. A positive, team-focused attitude is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Position Overview:

The Front End Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. They are responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on the front end of store operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
