Job summary

AO Globe Life is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity serving individuals and families across the United States. The role welcomes recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications and offers hands-on training, inbound leads, and structured mentorship to grow a long-term home-based career.

You will develop client relationships, provide client-first service, and guide clients through enrollment with Zoom-based consultations.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission‑based and performance‑driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high‑speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre‑licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
