Job summary

AO Globe Life is seeking new team members for a fully remote, commission-based opportunity suited to recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided to help you build a lasting career from anywhere in the United States.

No prior insurance experience is required; candidates must obtain the appropriate Life & Health Insurance license where applicable and complete required pre-licensing coursework.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
