AO Globe Life is seeking new team members for a 100% remote, independent contractor role serving clients nationwide. Training, mentorship, and ongoing support enable you to build a lasting career from anywhere in the United States.

This position emphasizes client-focused service, enrollment guidance, and relationship building. No prior insurance experience is required; licensing guidance is provided. Internet, Windows PC, and licensing requirements apply.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; training and licensing guidance provided
• Must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must provide own computer, internet, and dedicated remote workspace
• Must obtain Life & Health Insurance license where applicable
• Pre-licensing coursework and licensing costs borne by candidate

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
