AO Globe Life is growing our fully remote team and hiring for a mission-driven career. This role welcomes recent graduates in business, marketing, or communications and offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

You will guide individuals through supplemental benefit options, assist with enrollment, cultivate long-term client relationships, and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom.

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
