Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manufacturing operations aligned with line directions.
• Drive process improvements to achieve yield targets and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and KMG on material specs and procurement.
• Develop and apply TPM CIP’s and monitor SPC metrics and R2R.
• Lead change control via ECN and GCP procedures.
