The role involves working with the Process Hazard Analysis team to characterize by-products and participate in site Hazard and Operability Studies as needed, driving process improvements and yield optimization across the manufacturing floor. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Strong statistical data analysis and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with FMEA, 8D, or SPC methodologies.
• Ability to analyze product quality and troubleshoot escalations.
• Ability to evaluate and optimize processes, equipment, materials for yield and cost reduction.
• Data collection and analysis along with process management.
• Identify process adjustments and recommend improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manufacturing operations aligned with tactical line directions to achieve quality output goals.
• Collaborate with the Process Hazard Analysis team to characterize by-products and participate in site Hazard and Operability Studies as needed.
• Drive process improvements to enable aggressive yield curves.
• Jointly develop BKMs with sister sites and ensure processes are matched.
• Identify and resolve product matching and process alignment issues during all phases of product life.
• Verify new recipes through buddy check procedures before release for production.
• Support excursions and nonstandard product disposition when required.

Education
