Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in wet processing is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production, maintenance and engineering support to meet product quality and quantity targets.
• Track daily performance and analyze KPI trends to support troubleshooting and cost targets.
• Lead investigations related to safety and quality incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Develop and implement operating techniques; justify changes or capital investments to improve efficiency, life, and quality.
• Train and coach operations personnel in process design and operation.
