Ingredion Incorporated is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for Wet Manufacturing Operations in South Sioux City, NE. This onsite role leads engineering support, process optimization, and cross-functional projects to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in chemical or mechanical engineering, with strong communication skills and experience in wet processing. Relocation assistance is available and the team emphasizes training and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across functional lines.
• Decision making, planning and time management skills.
• Experience in wet processing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day production, maintenance, and engineering support and troubleshooting to meet customer demand.
• Track daily performance and analyze key efficiencies to aid troubleshooting and cost targets.
• Support investigations into safety and quality incidents and drive root-cause analysis.
• Lead training and coaching of operations personnel in design and operational techniques.
