Iron Oak Energy is seeking a Wet Plant Operator at its Wyeville, WI location to support production and quality goals with limited supervision. Responsibilities include plant cleanup, equipment checks, polymer batching, and operating systems under direction while communicating issues to the wet plant manager.

Preferred qualifications include a valid driver’s license and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical/operational issues.

Qualifications

• Experience operating wet plant equipment or similar industrial process equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train on plant control systems.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in outdoor conditions.

Responsabilités

• Perform general labor including plant cleanup and housekeeping.
• Follow directions and complete tasks with supervision.
• Maintain belts, polymer batching levels, and system operations.
• Train on plant control systems and QA procedures as required.
• Coordinate with shift leads on process issues and malfunctions.
• Assist maintenance on routine tasks and equipment checks.
