You will troubleshoot, diagnose problems, and perform calibrations under strict time constraints while coordinating with customers and field staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite support for installation, maintenance, and site support for state-of-the-art semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate and diagnose problems and make proper repairs.
• Follow and help develop detailed procedures.
• Work with customer and field support to resolve problems under time constraints.
• Troubleshoot and document findings; escalate when needed.
• Adapt to standard day, compressed, or night shifts as required.
