Job summary

WGNSTAR, an ABM company, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for on-site support in the Albany, NY area. You will perform installation, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor processing equipment, reading electrical schematics and drawings, while following strict safety and fab protocols.

The role requires 60%-80% travel (domestic or occasional international), a valid driver’s license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills are required.
• Solid experience in resolving tool-related challenges.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to customers.
• Performs on-site service, installation, and repair of semiconductor processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems.
• Participates in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment.
• Reads and understands electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues.
• Adheres to fab protocol requirements and travels as needed.
