The City of Scottsdale invites applicants for the WestWorld Maintenance Worker I role. This position performs operational maintenance across WestWorld facilities, supports equestrian and special events, landscaping, barn and feed/bedding operations, and general site upkeep.
Starting pay is up to the midpoint with a midpoint of $24.32 per hour, and the job includes comprehensive benefits and eligibility for retirement plans.
The WestWorld Maintenance Worker I supports a variety of equestrian and special events at WestWorld by completing operational maintenance work and supporting recreation vehicle and feed and bedding operations. This can include landscaping, facility maintenance, barn maintenance, and event support.
Anticipated starting salary may be up to mid-point depending on candidate’s experience and internal equity. The midpoint salary is $24.32 per hour.
Other pertinent licenses and/or certifications may be required of some positions depending on division/service assignment.

Years of experience are based on a work schedule of 2,080 hours per year for full-time positions and 1,040 hours per year for part-time positions, and while work experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis, depending upon the job classification, education may not be substituted for work experience.
