Scottsdale’s Parks and Recreation Department is seeking an experienced and analytical Irrigation Systems Specialist to help maintain exceptional parks and public spaces for our community. This position plays a key role in managing the city’s water allocations for parks and public spaces. Reporting to the Irrigation Systems Supervisor, the Specialist collects and maintains water-use data, monitors allocations, analyzes trends, and develops meaningful reports to support operational decision-making. The role also identifies potential issues, researches solutions, collaborates with internal partners, and supports the implementation of improvements.

Anticipated starting salary for this position may be up to mid-point depending on candidate’s experience and internal equity. The full salary range is listed above and mid-point for this position is $34.22/hour.
