Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Western US, covering Arizona, California, Nevada, and surrounding states. You will manage distributor networks, manufacturer representative agencies, and direct project sales in municipal water, wastewater, water treatment, and utility infrastructure markets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in municipal valves, waterworks, or water treatment.
• Strong knowledge of municipal and water industry sales channels.
• Experience growing business through distributors, rep agencies, utilities or direct municipal sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across the Western US region (AZ, CA, NV, surrounding markets).
• Develop regional sales strategies for municipal water, wastewater, water treatment, and utility infra.
• Oversee and support distributor networks, rep agencies, and channel partners.
• Develop direct project opportunities with municipalities, water authorities, utilities, engineering firms and contractors.
• Build relationships with municipal departments, waterworks facilities, and utility contractors.
• Drive specification activity and project demand for valve and water infra solutions.
• Manage complex project-based sales cycles from specification to order execution.
• Provide technical and commercial support across the product portfolio.
