Job summary

Family Entertainment Group LLC seeks a Business Development Manager – Route Growth to identify, develop, and close new route-based arcade and FEC opportunities across the Western U.S. This role builds regional density and profitable hub-and-spoke routes with a focus on partner venues.

The ideal candidate will hunt for new markets, qualify prospects, present the FEG value proposition to owners and operators, and manage end-to-end deal cycles with departments across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or outside sales in hospitality/entertainment
• Experience building new markets or partner channels
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Develop regional growth strategies to expand FEG’s route-based business
• Identify priority markets and target prospects for route service
• Build target lists of hotels, resorts, FECs, and entertainment venues
• Present FEG value proposition to owners and operators
• Close deals and ensure handoff for launch
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Field leaders
