• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PE license required.
• 20+ years of engineering consulting experience serving public-sector clients.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multi-office operations with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy and business performance of Dewberry's Western Region.
• Provide executive oversight for five regional offices and P&L accountability.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team across dispersed offices.
• Strengthen client relationships with public- and private-sector partners.
