Dewberry seeks a Business Unit Manager to lead our Northern California operations, including Rancho Cordova, Manteca, and Fresno. This strategic role drives market growth, oversees performance, and develops client relationships with transportation, water, and infrastructure leaders across CA.

The ideal leader has a strong engineering consulting background, proven P&L accountability, and a track record of growing teams and profitable delivery.

Formación

• Bachelors in Engineering is required.
• PE license required.
• 20+ years of engineering consulting experience.
• 10+ years of leadership with P&L accountability.
• Strong network in California's transportation, water, and infrastructure markets.
• Proven ability to grow teams and client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall business-unit performance including operations, financial management, strategic planning, and quality delivery.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across transportation, water, and infrastructure markets.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with public-sector clients, industry partners, and key California stakeholders.
• Drive business development and position Dewberry for pursuit and delivery of complex engineering projects.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-office team of engineers, project managers, and professionals.
• Foster collaboration across service lines to maximize client value and opportunities.
• Support recruiting, workforce planning, and succession strategies aligned with growth.
• Represent Dewberry in professional organizations and industry leadership initiatives.
