Nalley Consulting is seeking a Western Hemisphere All-Source Analyst for the McLean, VA area. The role requires TS/SCI clearance and a willingness to undergo a polygraph.

You will perform all-source analytics focused on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities to support policy decisions and national security objectives. Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst specializing in the Western Hemisphere. Position: Western Hemisphere All-Source Analyst Location: McLean, VA

LCAT: All Source Analyst - Mid Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take a polygraph. Applicants with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years will be highly prioritized.

Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors. You'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments * Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings * Active TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree Desired qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the CENTCOM AOR
