Job summary

Nalley Consulting is seeking a Western Hemisphere All-Source Analyst in McLean, VA to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a country's military forces.

You will develop strategic assessments and brief senior policymakers; the role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph. A Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience (or 7+ years without a degree) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

Position: Western Hemisphere All-Source Analyst

Location: McLean, VA

LCAT: All Source Analyst - Mid

Required clearance and polygraph:

Active TS/SCI and willingness to take a polygraph. Applicants with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years will be highly prioritized.

Required experience and education:

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.

Description:

As a defense industries all-source analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country’s ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.

You’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Desired qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
• Knowledge of the CENTCOM AOR
