Job summary

Nalley Consulting in Washington, DC (JBAB) is seeking an All-Source Analyst to support defense-industrial analysis and intelligence production. You will craft all-source deliverables and brief senior policymakers on foreign defense capabilities and industrial programs.

Qualified candidates have an active TS/SCI clearance (CI polygraph preferred), a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or 7+ years without a degree, and strong briefing skills for high-level audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source analytics, or 7+ years of all-source analytics in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI polygraph preferred.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments; ability to deliver high-quality briefs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs and capabilities.
• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic requirements.
• Produce strategic-level assessments on foreign weapon systems and production.

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst. Position: Adv. Alignment All-Source Analyst Location: JBAB, Washington, DC

LCAT: Mid All-Source Analyst Required clearance and polygraph: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI poly conducted within the past seven years highly prioritized. Required experience and education: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, OR 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degree. Description: As a Defense Industries All-Source Analyst on our team, y ou'll use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors. You'll provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. You'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments * Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Active TS/SCI clearance. Current CI polygraph preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with all-source analytics, or 7+ years of experience with all-source analytics in lieu of a degreeDesired qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
