Job summary

Prologis is seeking a VP, Data Center Construction (West) to lead the construction activities of data center delivery across speculative and build-to-suit projects. Based in the West region, you will mentor a best-in-class development team and partner with market deployment teams to drive design optimization and cost efficiency.

You will oversee staffing forecasts, provide investment memo budgets, and manage vendor bids, ensuring alignment with company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in real estate development, data center or construction management.
• Experience in land development or construction management.
• Willingness to travel ~30% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach the data center project management team across performance, staffing and growth.
• Lead construction for new-build and retrofit data center projects from concept to completion.
• Work with design teams to uphold design integrity and resolve construction challenges.
