Qualifications

• Real-world healthcare experience required.
• Experience engaging hospital and system-level stakeholders on outcomes, economics, reimbursement, or quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of value-based care frameworks and CMS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IDNs, health systems, GPOs, and National Accounts to deliver evidence-based economic and clinical value strategies.
• Translate clinical and operational challenges into data-driven solutions (e.g., wound care, pressure injury, HAC reduction).
• Develop and deliver health economic tools such as budget impact models and ROI analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Strategic Accounts to support system-level value messaging and contracting discussions.
• Co-create real-world evidence with customers to validate outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
• Represent Mölnlycke at industry conferences and customer engagements.
