Job summary

Mölnlycke Health Care is seeking a Health Economics Solutions Manager to partner with hospitals, IDNs and GPOs across the Western US. This field‑based role focuses on creating economic and clinical value through real‑world evidence, budget impact analyses, and strategic storytelling.

You’ll lead cross‑functional collaboration, translate challenges into data‑driven solutions, and support contracting discussions with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Real‑world healthcare experience with complex environments.
• Experience engaging hospital and system‑level stakeholders on outcomes and economics.
• Ability to translate clinical/operational challenges into value narratives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based economic and clinical value strategies with IDNs, health systems, GPOs.
• Translate clinical and operational challenges into data‑driven solutions.
• Develop health economic tools: budget impact models, ROI analyses, scorecards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Finance and Strategic Accounts on value messaging and contracting.
• Co‑create real‑world evidence with customers to validate outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as health economics SME in customer presentations, RFP/RFI support, and education initiatives.
• Represent Mölnlycke at industry conferences and key customer engagements.
