Job summary

Molnlycke Health Care is seeking a Health Economics Solutions Manager to elevate the economic and clinical value of our wound care portfolio across health systems, IDNs, and GPO partners in the Western US. This field-based role blends health economics expertise, real-world evidence generation, and executive-level storytelling to drive measurable improvements in outcomes and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, health policy, health administration, business, or related field.
• 6+ years in a customer-facing healthcare role in medical devices, pharma, healthcare consulting, or related industry.
• Experience engaging hospital and system-level stakeholders on outcomes, economics, reimbursement, or quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of value-based care frameworks, CMS regulations, and acute/postacute healthcare environments.
• Ability to analyze healthcare data and translate it into clear, compelling value narratives.
• Comfortable leading through influence and collaborating across multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IDNs, health systems, GPOs, and National Accounts to deliver evidence-based value strategies.
• Translate clinical and operational challenges into data-driven solutions (budget impact, ROI, etc.).
• Develop and deliver health economic tools such as budget impact models and total value scorecards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Strategic Accounts on system-level value messaging and contracting.
• Co-create real-world evidence with customers to validate outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as a health economics subject matter expert in customer presentations, RFP/RFI support, and education initiatives.
• Represent Molnlycke at key industry conferences and strategic customer engagements.
