Job summary

Elementis Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Coatings segment, covering the West region of the United States and Canada. You will collaborate with the VP of Sales Coatings Americas, Technical Sales, Technology, Supply Chain and Marketing to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

You will manage pricing, orders, and support, build relationships with senior managers, chemists and buyers, and lead regional plans to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in sales, technical sales or business development in international paints/coatings.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver on NBOs in the territory and grow the customer base.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans; prioritize growth opportunities.
• Lead pricing negotiations within established guidelines.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Maintain and grow relationships with senior managers, technical staff and buyers.
• Provide analyses and forecasts to maximize sales and margin.
• Collaborate with regional/global sales peers to share best practices.
