Job summary

Tarkett Sports in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Regional Sales Manager - West Texas to drive turf sales growth and build strategic customer relationships across golf courses, sports complexes, municipalities, and landscape professionals.

You will develop territory plans, manage a robust pipeline, deliver technical turf knowledge, and collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to exceed revenue targets. Travel 50-75% is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
Travel 50-75% within assigned territory.
Outside sales experience with strong relationship building and closing skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to grow revenue and market share.
Manage relationships with golf courses, municipalities, distributors, and turf professionals.
Provide technical turf product knowledge and coordinate trainings with customers and distributors.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, operations, and finance teams.
