Qualifications

• Ability to understand Braun Intertec’s internal systems and practices and train/manage adherence.
• Proven ability to lead small or large groups through a service/servant leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall performance of the West Texas region’s goals and personnel.
• Oversee decisions affecting facilities, office engagement, and local marketing.
• Monitor financial performance and provide feedback regularly.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and develop improvement plans.
• Develop regional goals for net revenue, cash, hires, and client service.
