Job summary

Vero Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive fiber service adoption in West Texas. This door-to-door role targets residential customers and focuses on representing Vero Fiber’s services with integrity and professionalism.

You will work full-time in a commission-based structure, earning a base salary of $55,000 plus commissions, with total compensation potentially reaching $100,000 annually as markets grow.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new revenue by prospecting and selling to residential customers.
• Acquire new customers via door-to-door outreach in West Texas.
• Support customer experience and align offerings with customer needs.
• Learn and present Vero Fiber products and services.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations for market expansion.
• Document sales activity for KPIs and reporting.
• Participate in campaigns and events to grow market share.
• Complete administrative tasks for products sold.
