Job summary

Vero Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the South Texas market. You will drive new residential customers through door-to-door outreach, selling fiber internet and expanding market presence with base pay plus commission.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting services, coordinating with marketing and operations, tracking activity for KPIs, and supporting customer experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle; travel in the field is

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Spanish is a plus.
• Engaging interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and the use of a reliable personal vehicle are required.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary driver of new revenue by prospecting and sales activities.
• Acquire new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads.
• Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide knowledge and sell Vero Fiber services to customers.
• Develop understanding of product offerings and align offerings with customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development and operations to align efforts with campaigns and market expansion.
• Track sales activity and report KPIs for management.
• Participate in sales strategies and events to increase market share.
• Support team goals by participating in sales meetings and training.
• Complete all administrative tasks related to products sold.
